新移民医疗卡的问题

我以前是留学生 今年4月底才成移民的
; K% u7 C& D' p4 ~成移民之后我知道要去换sin number
) N9 X! J& M8 ^. a) L但是我不知道医疗卡怎么弄
我现在的医疗卡就是以前半的免费的那种
3 _  W3 d* m* k2 S变成移民后以前那个免费办的还能用吗？
# o1 N( @! l0 @而且需要办什么新的吗？
不太明白
求指导
