8 L/ O. ^, p5 S8 U$ \* O/ }- _•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages
' \; G+ n/ o# d1 Y' g+ {( r; a•Review all aspects of the RFP documents
K" B P5 l( Z& y+ Q( s% H•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
0 Y, q" H ^) }4 _+ T5 {•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
# G# |' U1 H1 f•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
; w: z( {* q+ X& C, @3 w•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships
; P2 \/ N) o' T0 d9 F•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle
