Position Overview:

•Review all aspects of the RFP documents6 [- r2 \5 s o7 H4 |7 {
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages' j( M- r* Y5 L' ^
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
& N4 K7 K0 T5 |$ s7 l6 s•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing$ ~6 k) q- [/ e- u2 j
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships0 N4 A" ?# O Y# \6 ]% v$ K3 D5 p
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle' V$ t1 @6 I/ L3 [" S+ }3 Y- o
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator9 |: Q* e4 d+ o2 X
•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
