Maintenance Mechanic

    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
/ ]; n4 N" _$ \& k; i    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
2 x7 n8 E- y; W    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；

职位要求：
8 Y3 e0 ^# H& t    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
, @4 n! C4 P/ D# E5 c    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Senior Estimator

    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
- u; d5 d: U' M' K    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
7 K  D+ ~( n$ q5 r$ X+ r& {    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
8 V2 N# k8 H, {. F  Q& c    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
6 i/ G% ^* v* ]    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
2 f6 J. E# W+ _- H$ j& F6 B" Z    Weekly estimating progress reports；
0 \2 f: g# {+ i0 D+ Z    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
8 E6 w8 b0 Z3 Z( j; R. ]    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
' L' B; u! A; D- B- ^; ]    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
5 H5 T: O. z! [7 P( e    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
" m8 {8 N, @8 z+ {; g( d3 p    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
