    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
- m+ Q/ a: D8 H  l    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；

Senior Estimator
职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
9 d3 M' i; G! _0 k! ?" K# ?) k    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
; H; T3 n+ u+ G# c    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
6 |6 B# r- k4 g    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；

$ d) W* V% e2 E! \    Assemble final bid packages；

职位要求：
& S  x) {2 `* X    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
    Field and site experience an asset；
0 D) c9 F' c( E; P; x7 x2 }$ v' K    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
' Y* \2 o( o+ f' I, u6 t  z$ I    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
* p2 {; }% {$ R! v2 t: B    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
