) `$ `5 [2 u& b( h4 v    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
4 _$ W/ G* @6 v0 z$ c- u    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；

    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Senior Estimator
# n! E( h6 ]' A! q职位介绍：
1 }# t" S/ k" q1 y    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
0 x/ \& y5 h$ d' P5 C6 ~; Z4 X    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
7 h* E4 k2 y0 Y' R/ e    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
. I5 _2 J' w, M0 p    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
" \* \# c4 O; x    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
0 {+ k) T7 P8 b$ d3 ]* r) v; Y    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
" _4 ^% q/ k: ~" Z% C. y    Field and site experience an asset；
' ?% \+ i: w) I$ G+ I- Q+ V! h    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
! a3 `3 a. f( L8 ?# O$ d! c    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
: d6 q8 V7 n- Q6 b0 A    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
' M& a5 E4 V) G+ _  X" W# @    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
/ m* R( c7 A# J* _! S# |    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
8 K5 q+ @- P6 ~3 a) I! Q    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

0 y- A2 w# t7 B+ J& i     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
