Maintenance Mechanic

    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
5 y* n- \; {) K: t7 i, s% @, J) ]( i    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
7 o' K5 @7 s$ z    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
9 Z, H1 P) w, g    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
5 t( k# n3 ]- a) f- f% I% U4 q    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

薪金概况：

Competitive Hourly rate $18.00-$21.00 per hour + overtime as required



Senior Estimator
职位介绍：
7 o6 I6 n( x3 f; x    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
8 @* l2 W0 n- r& Q, a* \7 L" F    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
2 m0 x( Y4 l+ }    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
" Q' J% T! {# r9 l8 |4 [    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
9 z2 Q, i4 I& ~, u& t  O" t    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；

职位要求：
    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
! k7 p, a1 Q' d, o    Field and site experience an asset；
4 R% V! f& F! {# o% v7 o( ~& N    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
6 R2 ~/ k* h. C. S' B$ m* s    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
7 r6 S: z) W. `3 Z. }    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
1 w/ Q, p0 d' I6 J    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；

薪金概况：
$ T2 k9 V/ f; V% p- ?     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
