1. To establish the scope of practice for trades.

2. To regulate the practice of trades.

4. To develop, establish and maintain qualifications for membership in the College.

9. To determine appropriate journeyperson to apprentice ratios for trades subject to ratios.

14. To work with other governments in Canada and the Minister with respect to the interprovincial standards program for apprenticeship and with respect to qualifications required for trades.( W7 G* E3 d5 C4 O1 \ T3 Y) T

15. To conduct research in relation to trades.0 Q- G( @' m* R

16. To perform such additional functions as may be prescribed by a Lieutenant Governor’s regulation. 2009, c. 22, s. 11 (1).
