下月开始的废除冬季双周垃圾日，改成每周收垃圾，每家每户一个月要多掏多少钱？

我觉得4楼的数字比三楼的靠谱。要是每月多交这么多钱，我宁可还是让他们每两周收一次垃圾。我家每两个星期最多只有五袋垃圾。

Starting January 1, 2013, monthly rates for single family households will be $35.36, an increase of $2.16 per month.

The monthly rate for multi-family units will be $22.98, an increase of $1.40 per month.
