• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary./ |# ]. e8 k$ c1 O( m& y- S8 {
• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation.
, H9 a! H. g; Q" v x1 `' H• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.

• Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.

• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.

• Handle PMS computer problems in each department 9 b( H+ [( q5 B! v: s: e4 |5 z
• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies- q+ z# f' I( i8 j/ A2 e' ~
• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center0 f: o9 w/ v! u$ H) f. {
• Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property

• Ability to lead and develop;
