Job Description:

0 w7 M- ?2 Q4 }+ [• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.
8 o) Y3 w3 k& J4 ]5 k• Oversee hotel security requirements. 6 ~/ G* ~5 W. A. }6 s) G
• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
" H' k4 D0 ~0 f2 l& H• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. ) P# b( @- r n/ }4 o1 w" m3 `7 Q
• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.0 r! `" H+ n% x( {# Y" ^2 @, ]
• To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.

• Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.

• Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service.
6 ^% s- C/ Y, y8 H. y0 h• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.

• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.) K; z6 c% k2 `, D
• Handle PMS computer problems in each department
7 c* I+ D& d) ]2 ?• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies

• Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float ( I% g: K3 F$ S7 g

Requirements:
8 H# o( M; C- j/ v•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
2 E" d0 n; d, Z j• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;
$ o0 \+ b/ i. j• Ability to lead and develop;
