3 d; w: k% T& Y: e; `•        To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.
2 i! x6 Y. S" l& m4 h•        Oversee hotel security requirements.
2 p" \. M$ J) x% o$ S! y5 D, \' K( X•        To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.! Q, A- f" h* H5 ?6 D# t% P3 a
•        To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. $ ^! p7 T& G$ D( B
•        To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.! _9 y3 t& P/ w& H5 m
•        To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.
. c9 ?/ l4 Z, J4 ^+ y5 i$ N% U•        To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.2 P0 a0 C4 W- s: c+ J% [, F
•        Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.
, Q( v1 \, d' `" Q•        Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff. 0 {' b8 L: V  ^) D( q' C/ i1 D. x
•        Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term. 2 c: }8 `: A0 F; s: \
•        Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.
! v' g! K; }4 T•        Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service. / d7 Z3 G9 ^2 F: v
•        Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.( X; c( D& m: u1 z
•        Attend Cluster meetings.
- e8 F( T+ z* X4 c( J* L% }! R% g•        Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.+ w# x0 S3 z" ]' Z% J  s+ r
•        Handle PMS computer problems in each department
1 w- \& p, @7 m/ T/ [•        Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies
1 ^4 j; U6 e  q+ q! ]•        Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center3 n8 K0 z$ S, W" h
•        Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
# ?. {4 f4 ~; @• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;
5 o1 M4 F' f) D( s# K• Ability to lead and develop;
: n! o7 v, K& i4 J1 h: f- }% w• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;0 T$ C# O6 z+ G  D9 g; G
• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;

" A' ^7 L. y9 Q% ?• High level of creativity and innovation;
