3 O, v9 P0 R$ p* ^' C. X# G• Oversee hotel security requirements.
9 T+ B; p, C3 N" B5 m7 r- o/ k• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.

• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.$ q2 [5 M' x. X3 o& L/ Q5 d( M

• Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff.

• Attend Cluster meetings.

: \, G7 D9 _1 K! x8 b$ Y• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies
