+ z" l. t5 f) S& I. x- V9 L& q, uTo acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy.

• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.
  P9 f" p, i' c5 y& ]: C* y• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;
• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;
- p; g1 ^' E2 H! _• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;
8 S3 |$ K/ M- y( t1 f• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.
9 X* ?* V9 x% ~) ^  {8 W' ?- I• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel;
• Work with National/Regional Sales initiatives;

• Attend public relation functions; Participating in community and trade boards and committees on behalf of the hotel;
• To participate in Revenue/Yield Management meetings; Increase Market Share;
• Maintain close relationship with reservations and front office staff;

•1-2 year of Sales or Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
2 ~; v9 w4 s) J: Z• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;
! m/ C/ }( C' |2 d• Ability to lead and develop;
7 Z2 c+ w# T0 d5 W, g• Background in the development & execution of business, marketing and sales plans and operating budgets;
• Proven record of development of sales and marketing efforts;
• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;
• Ability to work within deadlines;
* `3 L' W$ C# Q2 n! c4 Q, _- y• High level of creativity and innovation;
3 Z2 ]* x4 P# {$ y% T• Proven ability to manage multi-tasked assignments;
