Job Description:
" D0 y, o8 b! ]; Y! A6 YTo acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy.$ L: B9 j3 ]6 f

• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.
) ]# A! e9 I1 B6 p2 {; D• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;
, Y# ]9 x$ \) f3 e% T! E6 ?) ^• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;

• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel;( x: T% t& {2 `' u

•1-2 year of Sales or Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
