• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;
# H+ Z$ |& [$ W& g! z; R• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;$ x! V7 b6 b. Q- E: y
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;
" k: d& B# s2 M9 ^% L v0 o• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.
