The lowest level is a sunken level ( i.e. it eats up some of the basement space) Ask yourself whether you like that or not. If yes, good, if not, that's bad.

哈哈，差点笑死我了，其实我觉得挺好的，建筑商不建了，是因为成本太高工程过多的原因吧

刚买了一套这样的房子

个人观点，比同等面积的其他房型都更实用

当然，2000尺以上的房子就不必考虑这种房型了
