抱着这种想法的人恐怕买不到合适的房子。全城合适购买的小区算10%,减去75%的朝向问题,再减去靠路路冲等30%,再减去60%门口部件,最后你能买的只有0.7%,还不知你是否能买的起。 . _/ L' r6 R' O* f- e {" _+ f6 }9 K' k% Z
我觉得,人家老区Glenora,Belgravia那back lane电线一排一排的,房子也很贵。任何新区这些部件就不算什么了。

再说说Westcliff Close里的那5块后院朝北的地。如果只有10-20万,房子能住人就行,没人在乎消防栓,变压器。那5块地,买地,造房,至少80-90万。如果有80-90万,要求自然不一样。全城能挑选的余地是太多,而不是太少。能买得起的房子,远远超过0.7%.
