看到网上许多新妈妈很关心宝宝如何开始添加辅食,却没有一个较为详细的引导。所以贴一个以前学习幼儿教育的一个学习资料,是一个基本的宝宝加辅食的引导。可作参考。如有不确定是否适合自己宝宝情况的,还是请教医师为准。希望对大家有帮助。

$ H) D* t) [9 c* Q2 B7 I, ?, P* e2 @5 yNote: Introduce each new food individually and for 4-5 days before introducing any other new food.
' i/ d$ @) J5 ^( jBabies do not require solid foods before 4-6 months of age. Until then, breast milk or formula provides the best form of nutrition for the child. Solids may be introduced in the following order:
- n* v9 e+ Q( v9 f2 H4-6 moths -- CEREAL (start with rice, then later, barley, oatmeal, sobee.)
) P/ B" f' J3 l3 E/ Q5-7 months -- JUICE (Apple juice diluted with equal parts water, up to 120ml(4oz) once or twice daily. No orange or citrus juice until 1 year)! l8 P. H6 { y* I4 h/ N% f
5-7 months--VEGETABLES (Squash, peas, sweet potato, carrots, (no spinach, broccoli.).Orang and yellow vegetables first, then green.. G/ z1 ?+ l1 h: |8 i' a
6-7 months --FRUIT (Apple,pear, banana,peach,apricot,etc)( F6 V0 l/ U% r T, m6 f2 n4 O
7-8 months--DAIRY (Yoghurt, cottage cheese, mild processed cheese.)7 x* L. m. T( f+ S8 a
8-9 months--Meat & Fish (Chicken, veal, beef, lamb. (no pork or fish until at least 1 year).
" F3 p; B1 a, S$ Q% e10-12 months--Eggs (Yolk from 10-11 months, egg white 11-12 months)! k" z! J4 m$ G" p5 j8 I
IN bottle fed babies, iron fortified formula should be used until 12 months of age. After 1 year homogenized milk can be used.1 K4 _( B! x" I" S f# ~. v1 a" H
1. All solids including cereal should be fed by teaspoon and not mixed in the formula.
$ E! }) u8 ?* N4 }$ O, k% t2. Start with 1 to 2 teaspoons twice daily and increase according to your chld's needs.9 x$ J. c$ a6 q. {1 {# ^* G
3. introduce new foods one at a time, generally 1 per week." L* L; @3 D- m. B/ k) Z6 i- ^( i6 @' x* r
4. Individual food products are preferred to mixed cereals and other mixed foods.
