The opthalmologist likely felt confident about his/her diagnosis based on the symptoms without the need for culture test. It's hard to say. : ^4 s! t/ s0 h. Y$ V! MIn your case because it's getting worse, the best bet would be to go to ER again and specifically ask for a different referral for a different ophalmologist.1 H' |# y$ d# }: d$ F
