Summer Volunteer Services Annual Projects Assistant

* ]' N* A* l* ? g0 @* c# T; {Purpose of this position: To expose students or recent graduates to the diverse client and volunteer population found in our local marginalized and disabled volunteers; to organize and manage the collection and generation of statistical reports in Database and Outcome Measures projects. In collaboration with the Volunteer Coordinator: to organize and manage the creation of a newsletter for a non-profit organization; to organize and manage events; and to provide support to the Volunteer Services Department projects.
% N& ^# Q8 l( N9 F7 BTo assist the Volunteer Coordinator in completing up to five annual projects:
# F2 y+ f e9 ^; A( z0 a3 L3 z1. Volunteer Evaluations: May, & June . a) E/ _1 q, m: ~+ }7 s: u- v
Distribute FCSS Outcome Measure Evaluation to a selection of on-site volunteers and/or clients over a one month period. In collaboration with Department Managers, develop a Program Logic Model with Outcome Measurements for 6 other departments.

 Prepare 6 newsletters for distribution throughout the year using Microsoft Publisher:0 R- h( m' T# O! y
o Create a Newsletter template
