This resource will be responsible for the following:
Programmer Analyst

& M! o, |0 X0 I. m% ^# k, z: T1 I•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements

•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
) {5 N8 w, R( T& F, Q•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
! B+ ^( i. ^& Y1 s+ ~' {0 O•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
: J) j+ A: z: x  z•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
" Y  J- a) H2 y1 l3 e, O+ K•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
+ C6 V& a( R& w6 E9 Q) ^) ]•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience

DESIRABLE

•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues
•        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
