•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
) x* b2 E/ o% {: g: F* ^% J•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
$ o5 f9 Y) a  {) W# j1 {+ R' C•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
& W  Y+ p/ s9 \$ w•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
) t: c- ?) r! k% }6 N•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly
Other

•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills

( I/ |8 U' m; o# Q, _•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
% j4 ?& i' e: }0 u" V( I  V•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
" L$ h# t: m/ C) z. {5 t( u  [7 Q•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience

•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)

•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues
