1 }# w/ x5 c9 T6 G你发的书是我近十年来看得最长的书，其他书我看一点点，觉得不适合我，就会停止。
) k" T" a) E& B
/ _0 }1 u5 D* u) ^& J8 r) D  C, w4 z另外看了what the buddha taught，是我很喜欢的书，但是后面太深，没看下去，等消化好了再看。上次在茶馆也推荐过，本来是推荐给费莫，老顽童看到了说挺喜欢

youtube 上有，一共２３个，我们一起边看边转过来吧。书单是我GOOGLE来的，我当时不知道YOUTUBE上有，有的话就先看这些课程吧。我就不买书了。

今天看了第二课。看了我觉得好受鼓舞，原来我这样的，是真正的乐观主义者。
