关于daycare waitinglist的问题请教有经验的爸爸妈妈们~

宝宝四个月~ 今天去问了twinbrooks的 YMCA Daycare 说要等到明年一月open house才能排队，现在不接受报名，又咨询了论坛上的angel 中英双语幼儿园，说要等到宝宝19个月才能排队，想问问有经验的爸爸妈妈，daycare是要等到宝宝年龄够了才能排waiting list么？打疫苗时护士说有些妈妈怀孕就开始排了。。 如果19个月才能开始排，再加上两年左右等待时间，那不是三岁半才能上daycare啦~ 疑惑。。。

孩子越小越难申请，尽量申请六月/七月/八月入园，因为这几个月很多孩子会因为不同原因不再需要daycare的服务，需要不断骚扰幼儿园，电话邮件表示anytime你都可以办理入园手续！

一般daycare随时都可以排队，但必须知道入学时间，和到那时候孩子多大，因为不同的班waitinglist不一样。她意思应该是可以接受19个月的宝宝。

比如你家宝宝４个月，你想要一岁时上daycare，你就告诉daycare，明年一月入学，那时候你孩子１岁，现在要把名字放在waitinglist上。

I put my child's name on a lot of waiting lists when I was pregnant. A lot of YMCA only accept kids 19 month plus too. So if you want to drop you baby earlier than that, you need to find something else and put your baby's name on their waiting lists.

In Calgary, parents must pay $ 30 for the waiting list. in 2012, some daycares in Edmonton also need parents to pay $50 for the waiting list.

I got applications after I know the sex and got a name. You should know the sex of your baby when you are 4 month pregnant if you want to know.
