求助 關於薪水

8 ?$ G5 J8 z3 x有件事困擾很久
我即將於今年四月畢業
& M1 ~3 A* F/ K8 Z畢業前在一家公司裡頭coop
, e  }" A4 ]  k  h/ E最近公司給我offer
提供一個permanent position但是薪水跟我實習的時候一模一樣
& A  i- Y. n0 d  E5 B然後告訴我明年1月會有salary adjustment
- |% Z7 ?  g0 U( C/ z5 @" E1 ]' \想來想去還是覺得不對
已經不是實習了  但還是領實習Level的薪水
6 n+ u$ e1 w. l! Q- M* q該怎麼跟他們negotiate薪水?

Are the duties the same as coop?
