Job Description:

+ u! V5 H: O4 V2 g2 E, v; g- d• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines/ F. h& g9 x4 J$ [3 B
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
' O5 S# M$ ?$ X2 X: _• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
" D( `! N9 m2 h4 o/ G- Y• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date) K! K1 C) w- V7 O
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed& B. T! N9 @! J& l/ f+ [
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
( F. j0 h- t) [• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway6 |4 x A k2 N% `

Skills/Requirements:

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
