Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

Job Description:
7 g0 z4 {0 O- @0 Y+ r•        Complete and post staff schedules
+ u! V5 H: O4 V2 g2 E, v; g- d•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
' O5 S# M$ ?$ X2 X: _•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
" D( `! N9 m2 h4 o/ G- Y•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
( F. j0 h- t) [•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
. k' j7 z4 H6 ~- j. I3 s( F•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.


Skills/Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
, J4 X/ i& ^/ B+ y* `Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
2 R. \! Q& J9 b+ C1 g: ]! B6 [Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
