Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

•        Complete and post staff schedules
) P' `( L7 J  ?0 A•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
3 C5 ~1 N6 e% b) R8 S7 H7 k% q•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
; X& w/ \6 U1 [- j5 U" ]•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
/ K: V- Q! m# Y. T3 v8 i•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
' P2 l( y$ N8 p. K: KPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
