• Complete and post staff schedules
) P' `( L7 J ?0 A• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines

• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff5 a7 j, o9 l) t" e; c" ]
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
; X& w/ \6 U1 [- j5 U" ]• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed. p) Q9 v3 N* }0 q9 J9 m g+ `
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

Skills/Requirements:

5 { e9 ^4 C3 F8 P1 u: {% uExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset& N, q0 s! x0 K6 W; J3 o/ R
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
' P2 l( y$ N8 p. K: KPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
