Job Description:
•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
) `; w* J  o& c. ~5 p  Q2 g•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
* a9 f9 u5 {* `: w; a1 jCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
1 h! D6 E4 H2 GPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
