Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Shift work including daytime, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

Job Description:
* i$ [7 f8 _% A" T6 ~' \' b% N•        Complete and post staff schedules
, |& Z) g( Z. t* k•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
) u& c) o; z* ]•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
! j+ k# c+ d9 v5 `  {•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
! g8 \; H* n; S8 y/ f& \7 _•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
0 I9 K" s- l7 i$ N9 M" @: Q•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Skills/Requirements:

3 g. i3 A+ B" Q7 w. v2 K9 c0 h1 rEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
# l- j6 W! k' G9 w" kExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
- w* \1 p& s8 Y& @Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
