Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

5 V4 q7 L8 E8 Y0 y' x. P•        Complete and post staff schedules
6 v3 x6 F# p5 s' M: @% j. W4 A•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines- w4 ?8 f4 |) F4 w
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management# z! c- Q; p3 V$ Q* J6 w
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
. X. `- G5 \% o& ~0 e9 a  P•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
$ `2 @$ B3 y4 b" M/ M# }•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
2 [1 A9 t+ v! i6 p2 Q•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
1 [" P, L  m1 P•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
0 V) n, D5 Y: t% ~) c" t, f. \8 h•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
) D' G! {; o. t) i•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
- Z; [$ }9 F# V' @! WCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)/ ~  U0 |: ]4 g1 M* \' V
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
