Job Description:

, |& Z) g( Z. t* k• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines2 N3 x: G7 _) ?
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
) u& c) o; z* ]• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
! j+ k# c+ d9 v5 ` {• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date1 e4 J) i: K, R' K. u) X
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
! g8 \; H* n; S8 y/ f& \7 _• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway& Q8 o' K# s4 L# k3 `
• Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register.
