• Complete and post staff schedules / L$ t% V) f- O# D2 W6 Y
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines+ ^! ?1 p7 o Z, E
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management& \, j- P M3 V% B7 d+ o
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
) `; w* J o& c. ~5 p Q2 g• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date5 D1 R+ @) ^$ b7 z9 G2 a
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed( @, } Z$ _! M: ^
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees. f+ o6 B: S- X" o# z% U
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales) _, ?2 Z3 O9 q. w# _
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset

1 h! D6 E4 H2 GPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register.
