• Complete and post staff schedules
* @5 Q; C) ~* G$ J2 k9 J. q• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines' v v# b! L. G4 L0 ^ [5 Q" [
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management% q2 z/ W6 @3 w+ h5 V
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff( \2 e6 Z- `- P
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date

• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register.
