Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

  N1 S3 N4 y4 ?Job Description:
•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
! n3 u; x  D( y1 F•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
+ d( d) k9 c: {2 |8 `' t+ X, t. ^•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
- D4 H$ r, o5 P9 ]•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
+ m/ ^% d: m8 c! r3 P•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
% X0 [4 J# ~7 G( ^. V8 `/ n$ J•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
$ G& W: D5 h' F& r- u- N4 w) m•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.


Skills/Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
; m- M* o8 u( C' O5 Y% _Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
! N- Z! o; `4 R7 x1 L9 gCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
7 ]' T. {7 t! y! Q1 E7 f7 cPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
