Heading to Edmonton Canadian Derby Half marathon this August, 7 u- y4 `; y; [2 ]
just wondering if there is any marathon runner around here doing training too? ) U9 Y8 ^# o! u9 A5 {0 e+ `

If you are doing mileage around 30 to 35 km per week, we could be good training partners.

By the way, my race time for 5k would be around 22:00, 10k race time is around 46:30, % }0 ?/ {2 K8 L6 s- e
