年入5%，不如存定期。房子地点差，升值慢。

OMG, City assessment only $264,500.
8 G) Q+ ]% q1 i4 g# e" q* A( \* ?Bad location, smalll space, old (lots of maintainance fee), rental income no way to even reach $2000 unless you incl. all (utilities, etc.). which family spend $1300 for 3 bdrm with only one bath. $1250 can get townhouse with 1.5 bath and basement for storage.
Very bad, No good investment at all.
