Position:          Retail Trade Supervisor (NOC 6211)

Wages:          $16.00 per hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts:         Rotational shifts, days / evenings / weekends

Job Description:
5 N" g+ c1 \, ~8 k! B1 `/ @0 m" f•        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
/ Z' [2 b! o* X! s# t6 u/ Z# p•        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
•        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
•        Sell merchandise to customers
; {& ?. t5 D  g$ e•        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
) O% `$ A  W# m8 ^7 R& @•        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
3 S3 ^  _0 z! x•        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
•        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

•        Completion of secondary school is required
