*SAFE!!! Must be in a safe neighbourhood+ P7 u7 B; O( K: u
*Within 30mins drive to Oliver in rush hours, and 15mins to West mall
! L9 ]: B! M, H" }8 ^$ G *around 400k
7 M' a' Z9 ^% m+ O2 N *resale value after 5 years? My current plan is to stay for 5 years.
" r! }1 x/ f8 X *Bonus: Close to big Chinese supermarkets and restaurants

With the factors listed above, is it better to purchase old house in a mature neighbourhood or a new house on the outskirts?
