*SAFE!!! Must be in a safe neighbourhood
* E/ j( s9 h4 p7 \/ W+ L- j' y *Within 30mins drive to Oliver in rush hours, and 15mins to West mall1 P6 {3 E* O) E
*around 400k6 j! G5 O F; o+ I+ o% v
*resale value after 5 years? My current plan is to stay for 5 years.

With the factors listed above, is it better to purchase old house in a mature neighbourhood or a new house on the outskirts?
