Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

  q( h( u5 x0 l5 h: ]/ n" OMain duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
# Y/ ^4 i' b7 B•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
. r4 L" H7 O0 D0 L! k+ _•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
! f; u& g1 |! d# |•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
; H& L$ a+ X0 z" q) m  j•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
