) K8 T8 W, M8 [( zWages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
! Q/ L) W: H& \4 W6 GShifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

Main duties:
" ?  y: m* b( ]* s•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

* g$ t8 d% g) g' f# g3 i•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
9 Q# ?/ E: {! @( l•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
9 ~- t, ^' L# t0 R; q0 o) w•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
4 y# c0 W. b* {. _* T. N•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
