  z7 G( r9 [+ nMain duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
0 a' R* W3 h! B2 I' q4 }•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
9 o! o6 d$ T1 G; A•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
+ h  T6 g& o2 g( ]+ a•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
5 ~+ l, L% t# U# O$ A" G2 y•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

: K6 i, j+ V9 R# i0 q( P8 l0 i•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
' E: k3 r! u" }" c# P/ u•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
8 F% v) u! b  M* n9 [* A+ T2 l0 R•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
