Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

Main duties:
6 d9 Q8 h3 r& o* j* X$ z* L•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
1 \$ ?" q4 N+ S/ S# U•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
! {5 D! w( R, j* `& ~•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
, H6 v' o) p- U! h* s+ G4 \+ O•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

, a) h% l' D7 \* j1 U; M' mJob Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
7 h# g5 v& A  X•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
