Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
" X8 X2 M- Y! ~' a: S•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
. l9 p2 m  _0 p9 ]•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
7 P, u  Y$ D/ B7 N3 W1 Q; d0 K•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
% V/ T2 {2 G1 g9 @- z•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
! Y& Y/ ]9 B6 L4 O. p•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
