Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:7 C- ]* {6 H$ W" J

• Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.# z5 g7 M* O0 h; o" u% V' x/ M
• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development. \/ B; T" G$ S# [* ~, V
• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.

• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
8 Z# a9 _& \1 a• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required./ T8 h: l [8 s9 n: ~
• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
0 E0 L: R; k& S# ?• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).4 Z2 S" f+ ]3 T3 b: n) U
• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.

• Additional special projects as required by the Human Resources Manager.

Qualifications6 G: `7 r2 t$ X$ ^+ J
Requirements:
0 I: o; e5 _5 z) S% k• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
3 `0 ?' K$ j3 L* W) E" E• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
" L# i- l, |4 {/ y• Strong Union Relations experience required. + N/ ~$ N/ f/ v' ~5 z6 Y
• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
