Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.
! a# `: `2 N! n• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.
% E8 V1 H7 ^: d3 i6 Q• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives.
2 \2 e* d; Q0 W. D) ^• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
. k- t# [, `! P• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.3 W# \) d' U3 Y; W
• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.2 c4 \8 k, m2 {/ K' x4 M
• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).
* v5 ]$ s7 d/ c* N: g- X• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.

• Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.

8 D' j& @; {+ h4 l1 M5 t( @• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
7 ^0 P0 V# e" h4 G3 m# ?• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources. * Y- M. Q+ g2 s0 y6 P" x
• Strong Union Relations experience required. 9 j, l+ h' S( z8 W1 M
• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.$ M( h6 o5 v5 ^9 M& j
