We need a long term live-in caregiver who can take care of my two children 4 & 6 and do some housework. We are ok if you will come from abroad, and we are willing to help if needed.

I followed the instructions 4 years to bring my nanny to Canada. She is a great person. I hope I will be lucky again this time.

是啊！把条件告诉朋友们吧：英语要求、粤语要求，年龄、经验、身体要求，希望工作的年限等等。

Please share with me if you have any experience in applying the LMO recently. I went through the LMO process 4 years ago for my current nanny. I have checked the government requirements for employers and expect more preparation on my side too.

From beginning to have her here: around 6 months.
1. post ad - 2 weeks
2. Apply LMO - 4 weeks
3. send my offer to HongKong (my nanny was there) and apply Visa: 4 months
4. arrange air ticket to Edmonton from HongKong: a few weeks.
