coventry 这个builder怎么样

好像是小builder，不怎么懂房子，大家赐教！他家的show home很现代，很modern，可以自己customize很不错。有人买过吗？

showhome很好，stander标准就是所有升级的了，不用再升级的了。还包含6件大电器。

好不好也是同一个建筑队建的裸房子，但是他家房子很贵，其他家的相同面积的房子把所有都升级后再配上电器还比他便宜3万。就是说你要花多3万冤枉钱如果买他的。

我看了网上的builder评分，这个公司挺高的。另外价格差别可能没3万多那么多，他这个公司基本配置已经配了地板和大理石，而其他几个公司基本配都没有这些，升级这些就需要花费地板（4000），大理石（2000+1500+1000），这已经是1万了。加完后的价格基本上大家都差不了太多，区别可能是房型大小上有区别。
