TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR

& |6 c- ?9 }. u& t' e2 z* d) MThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as* ] ]3 [( l5 @& `+ \- p
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
# K5 Y7 Z& F$ S. Y h. F" nand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
. `1 J1 c; Z! G5 c$ X4 Ycoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly
+ {3 J( S1 t, H: J; _/ O Rcontributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations @+ U. y3 t0 }& P6 k3 q

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
: y5 u; w2 A0 H: x2 [2 J6 ]' G• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
" d8 R( Z; j1 @• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.6 u( X5 p( n" g& |6 b8 k* H0 `
• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
% V# T' Q% M! T; K% U7 r1 A• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,
! n; D$ v! x# H+ J+ }timelines and budgets
: s5 R. w$ H3 \( a• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring. H4 G5 [! g' v- \5 P# [" a
company’s business goals and policies

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
! r& B2 y" R h" n& e• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required6 X- F- C3 s8 Q1 I( E0 k3 W/ }) n$ Y6 e
• Some field operational experience! l2 \% [6 o. H8 c4 m! y5 [
• Some knowledge of the services company provides) b' Z1 p; V0 v8 {* `4 K/ m
• Strong computer skills

4 ~' o N! r( }1 ?; W. b |补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。' q4 p2 p; Z3 Y) u1 g

有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。/ Y* h* H, c% {. L; r5 U
& [* Q+ K4 r: r/ e, d$ s希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。

另外，英语必须流利，很多时候要面对客户，用无线电和客户的operation team 对讲，所以英语要好。
