Ritchine（17区）这个区怎么样啊？在大学区东边。

想在Ritchine区买房。不知道这个区怎样呢？
6 Q- o8 H6 V7 R4 O2 P; W# K俺看上的是：从外面看环境很好，喜欢，旁边的Mill Creek，巨喜欢，离downtown不远，上班方便。

9 y4 j* h, J5 e, G- }) ?( z1 g% F6 I但都是老房子。。。
( U' N; }0 f* L! v还有，学校怎样呢？
买个小房子，如 3 bed rooms, basementless 的 semi - bungalow也要20多万， 大家给个建议好吗？
好像在那里的中国人不多呢，为什么？

这个区的房子太老了，要做的活儿太多；翻新的房子活儿不多，却又太贵了。

不过，也有很多中国人买很旧的房子的。那种房子有很大的院子，花园似的。一般是3手，或4手房的，（40年左右的年龄的，并且是自住型的）保养得也不错。

This is a very good area, near to everything, 82Ave, downtown, river valley, creek, university.But
! y& ~+ n6 Y0 `houses are old and more expensive, This is market. shool is not too bad, just ok. depent on what
you need. By the way, good luck on your house hunting

" u$ g2 d1 }" UBut school is just so so? Actually I am looking for a neighborhood which is easy access to downtown by public transit and have good elementary school.

There is a catholic elementary school is ok, Maybe  call St. James, around 77ave and 83 st,they has yellow bus.I am sorry I am not sure. I do think let kids know Jesus will be very good for their future. Otherwise , too many problem you maybe
