it's really easy actually. the blower is really just a motor and a fan. a fan cannot break. so the only thing that broke is the motor. go buy a motor (call around different stores for best pricing). then take out the old one and replace it with the new one. all you need for tools is a wrench. super easy. just make sure your electric power is shut off (from the circuit breaker panel) when you're working on it. ; a; i1 Y: p. x/ t1 e( d% j1 @0 H2 V8 l+ q) |8 c' l
find out how many horse power the motor uses (i'm guessing 0.6HP) and the blower type (i'm guessing direct). you can find all those information on a sticker inside the furnace panel. / }, h, E/ _9 [! n2 o" \5 V . i+ ]: ?" C5 m- o8 [8 Ithe motor should cost about $50 to buy a new one. : X0 n! V8 s* q! J5 J/ }. s
