15ml brown sugar

2 bananas

Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate

Method
- K- X# ^) _# v0 Y& V1 o1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan- Y' T, o5 M! p; z) h: a
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
* ?% w$ f' }- [! J, A/ `2 y3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
) t& c1 A: |0 F4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
- `- E7 q T! \, H# p8 j5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
