30ml brandy
Z" a$ @: H5 pStrawberry, lemon slice to decorate

Method
: p c3 d4 t& p' [1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
8 F" H$ f7 u! q3 {8 ]. G2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.. S3 E) z! n5 b( Q; Y1 D+ V
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
5 V+ ^" W1 Z& j( J5 X4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.3 b- {2 X# a! \, S& n3 u' W
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
