2 bananas

Method
, P3 |( C- D- G/ E3 D# F1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
1 M: I% o" i7 |2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
8 Z$ c9 O$ f3 T) f7 t- r3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.+ @" U+ [, @0 G! S
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.

6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
