Method
' M' G/ j8 _9 {- e1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan6 J" O* ?% m8 h# |& Q% D! L
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.2 l9 t0 u1 y [
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.0 o" K. I' E$ u7 z
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through., a% L- R* e; X
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.0 J' G# D; l, I% }0 U4 F* Q6 _( g
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
