15ml lemon juice

Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate- y- J! l$ B: ?5 q. Y
Mint, icing sugar to garnish( G: p. i" T) A+ B/ v, _* v/ P

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan9 Y: p# [2 N! U0 t: ^0 h, m* v- r" x* J
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.5 d1 e; L8 r |8 |# r% r/ c
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.; v& a# z- i: W: f. K- q
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.

6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
