1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan; d! N1 W, F- F# p9 D
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
- C7 b5 o4 i7 O- Z' w8 w3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.7 W/ z& D! `1 z7 F6 R- M L
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.5 [. W1 U1 j1 f- a) M
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.2 M& C& \2 h% v, J: O
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
