15ml lemon juice$ p2 t, f0 q4 g# K
2 bananas6 l J2 L1 L, @4 N; \, q
30ml brandy

: r, ~3 x5 _4 O# P6 X) ?1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan1 T6 d; N+ e' M* f2 o
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
% Z" ^9 w7 @9 ^5 V9 _3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.

5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.: l7 F W1 Z# g2 E: u1 b
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
