15ml lemon juice
2 y7 P4 \8 g) c+ j8 j; R6 ]% R2 bananas
& n4 m( f0 ^/ M) c30ml brandy7 @2 C+ L% K @, G& f" O2 T: [) g$ U
Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan" E {5 c2 x7 [( h8 f8 k) y0 C
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.! }4 z$ k: |; l1 N' @6 M0 F9 F- S
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.; V4 A2 j+ d8 j( c e# H! `$ A- j# I
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.. N$ u) q5 Z* e+ j* X+ L, G, }
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.) e8 ]: D7 ~$ v/ t) j8 Z9 X
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
