1 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

4 F, C& B1 g; v' B" r3 O* P$ G, h5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray. " U% l7 j1 @5 _9 u. h
) e0 z4 i; }8 F, Z2 m9 KFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. . g! q$ X0 [, n1 X: e7 m5 A K

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. 0 S% i% t7 E6 A4 Q
% P: E$ G: P9 r4 w2 e( g& D. RFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. 9 u* C4 G3 j. Z' r J
