我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。! E( {* b& i" N/ h& \. S

1 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked) + h" O1 P1 Q. _' g3 I' d
3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

2 eggs

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray. ' z8 I+ P; O" e1 r7 H+ i$ ~7 u
( g. g l- c0 o3 E+ K: O* I6 g# g! kFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. * b0 [* A$ y) I/ W( i
" f7 {$ @3 B4 e/ fBake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. 9 U: S/ r; \: f. H
3 t+ c# w( k. t% e, f- _For filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill.
