有谁知道怎样可以办理枪牌？

跟一个工友闲聊，得知他是退役军人，家里有枪23根，包括手枪，步枪， machine gun。。。
。
据说分两个周末上完一个要交费 200 cad 多的课程，然后得到的枪牌没有年费。
。
杀coyotes是无限制，某些省份一年可以杀一头moose。
。
有办过得吗？
