Job Description:
( r5 P# f* L3 B$ O
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
0 c8 Y# W& A) i! M  A+ V8 e( K•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
4 z2 e9 B) h6 f- u. H/ d. C% X•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
  V* f1 J4 z8 N' w, x8 c! t( O' c•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
