Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

# d8 Y# P7 G! x8 V' |•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
0 N- F2 v- f. r; N% {) k: B  E•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
& g8 k& C* R, v8 j7 s- D2 l•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- I; E# h+ O7 N4 z* }; |9 E•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
3 i4 P4 R  @" A, \( M, `•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
: |6 ^" x1 D/ o+ ]! k" N0 R•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
1 m1 ]3 v. i% W0 p" u. [* h•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
6 b1 l$ N" d" P% A! H9 `. [4 z& l; y•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
