Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week

$ W$ o; A2 c7 x3 ?3 O' ]•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
; g, i2 F, Q2 @$ R6 c) s$ z/ G•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
. ?3 j" e* V5 V8 P( Z: b•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
1 d$ J& I/ \4 M1 J•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
  H; u1 M; k8 C0 S•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.


Skills/Requirements:

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
$ L. O, Y; i, [8 {# T4 r•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
