Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
* G" ^. z, @3 t% f2 _Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
: H5 N3 J/ ~4 i. T" C4 U$ ~Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

  X; `4 t% l$ Y! e: _
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
: s. c' l% ~2 i" X" L•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  c) J' P  i" l0 E; g•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
+ G" H% \( `/ Q. z" V( T4 E& t! ^, y•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
2 A/ l5 V6 W4 Y•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
6 r5 w3 N- _( c) T) ?; w•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
