Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

( H% m4 P, z7 q6 ]9 p, d" e•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
4 T* M" f' c2 I) P0 U8 V•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
( |& g: a: Z" g* b: \; t1 C) f•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
" l' e/ g' R7 w4 H•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
& j3 M" @6 p$ I! z7 J% d# d/ ~4 C•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
) M" A  R; Q. h0 R9 c•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

8 r& ?8 R7 I0 [5 \•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
# C3 k) K! @* A8 n9 f•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
& e+ X( G8 i: R& J7 |( @3 ^•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
