今天到JAYMAN的网站上去溜达，发现APRIL IS SOLD OUT！Check back regularly for what’s coming up in May.这是个什么信号? Calgary 的网却什么都还在，有谁给指点指点。谢谢。

四月份已无房可卖，五月份再来看看是否有房。

我看calgary的房子最近都没怎么涨啊，至少我熟悉的那个区是这样的

上2周才RELEASE一些房子（在不同的LOCATION，不太可能一下子就卖完了吧？),而且他们的房子上周才长了３％，不会一周一涨吧?

去其它BUILDER那儿问问看，我上周也听说PACESETTER 4月份也没房子卖了，好像
每月只接收一个新客户什么的。。。但是STERLING还有很多的说。

JAYMAN的房子这么紧俏啊，一直都很喜欢他们家的房子的说。。。
听说他们家的房子是节能型的，每年能比其他家的节省下来600多刀，请问各大虾：是那样的嘛？
如果是，那指的是FURNACE还是BUILDING MATERIAL ,不明白!

they still have lots, but they just stopped selling them, they will start to sell at end of May or June 1st at higher price!!!, Maybe 10% higher.

现在不是没有地，是建筑商在待价而沽，多数的建筑商都停止卖地，有的showhome已经关门一个星期。因为人工涨，房子不能按时建起来，所以，这个周3，landmark得duplex提高了建房条件，要把首付分期付，而不是像以前那样付10% 就可以。估计要到6月份才有地卖。哎，疯狂的房市！

昨天问了一下，RUTHERFORD的那个120A，9确实是卖出去了。还有一说，CALGARY的人北上了！
