- Good programming skill and experience in Java or other languages, U) s6 p: N( S) n, a

- Knowledge of Dublin Core, OAI, and XML databases preferred/ F1 Y$ p- L4 R6 l7 p: h
- Interest in scholarly communication preferred

- Programming for searching citation databases on the Web
