The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
6 ^, |+ y$ ^0 ]8 v2 ^person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

) a- {9 s. e: o; j8 k3 T) n· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
' x5 _# G' y4 n$ O& [· Verify pricing and availability of product;
' a2 G% @" M7 l' b* {+ k+ E6 I1 R' c· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;! U* f: u3 S/ U4 f
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;$ v5 a+ y' y2 u
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
# J9 H! ~8 O4 f· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;# X& m2 a- U9 k! U9 k3 G0 g$ ]
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
; P0 ^+ k9 I5 ^* y' |2 ` S' }· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate

· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;3 y) f {4 N+ r f% f8 k7 n
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;. F0 ]* X( r: b7 ~% y+ \" O
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
3 k, ]/ ^4 H( y% B0 mQualifications/Requirements:; u" m$ ~/ G& G1 N- W( |
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
) m* }4 q- D) E" C* plasting relationships with customers;
* Z5 a7 |4 M& r8 ^" e2 v· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;1 e" W$ l5 Y1 i8 Z: _) S* `
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
. Z; I: c! n6 g· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;) `* r9 M5 } u$ H) U
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
