The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
7 r4 s( V; T+ f( v/ H6 Operson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:) W0 `5 ]" \8 M
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
* h( i: {) l7 p3 {( ~· Verify pricing and availability of product;
* o$ d3 O- P/ V' J" z- l* Z· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;0 p0 _) G. I: p! R! ~* Q$ @+ W' R/ j
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;( f) z" k( f- d( f2 b* T  o7 f
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
$ E4 }( i) ]' A( k· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
, V! E' ~' w: C. o) I· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;) |. \% D, p) f3 z4 d$ q+ K
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate! E/ {. z2 \" v
database;9 O! U" `8 X6 A- {0 G) g8 T
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
& l& \. k: V; B/ y0 f· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
8 J! }; X( ^5 |. R4 k9 a8 a( G; m· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
0 o( p3 Z0 v2 Q% w# V) G5 KQualifications/Requirements:& C. r" i( F3 \" w. _- o6 s
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
; W( ^, w% o% P$ F8 K5 U! S9 ilasting relationships with customers;
, F3 g: G+ _$ e" X8 V2 \· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
1 q8 T6 i% M7 J( F; l· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
! q4 e+ M7 N$ r8 }# H· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
4 @0 h" A, U6 h4 V" o7 l5 X6 h· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
. q. x  H- |5 m) \· Excellent organizational skills;
+ l6 k, O* y0 N4 T5 J4 ^8 m' T; g% R· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment;) |/ {) D  \5 r, u
