Role/Function:
3 j7 x3 B. S. p/ u% m8 B( _' a5 l7 cThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
$ V* }' w" Q6 u9 Hperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining4 @3 B: E) N% k, z
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet

! m( u, m2 [+ u4 I· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;2 x6 i8 _, a7 `7 Z! L
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
5 G" P4 h" Q+ E7 P) b3 p5 B· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
6 G i8 Y2 z. D+ w- z, g& O· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
+ `& ^4 \; C/ V! ?* H1 r/ }· Collect payments for cash account orders;
6 L0 r+ _- R# S8 ]& Z/ @· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
* Y: k5 q! @ Q9 u S· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;9 P% s# K) K4 M1 I: w
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate+ ~3 l9 A( K! Y! p4 U9 ?
database;
2 e$ }- x: j& w& D' H5 L/ l2 B· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
& _3 _2 ~6 i# o+ X% Y$ d+ a· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
9 L$ V2 d5 p/ }0 {3 g4 w· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;) B, A* l6 h& m% K
Qualifications/Requirements:4 b/ a9 k8 J. f
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
- D# `! L" n1 p6 @5 xlasting relationships with customers;
7 u3 j3 [8 b3 {2 c1 {2 Z· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;4 A: M$ y. q# R! k1 I* V
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
2 Y% }. g) A3 @+ \. o· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;# v, b3 b3 J @: q6 D b9 g
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);8 j; x/ {5 C! I2 s" q
