Role/Function:
" R6 E0 I7 Y5 `The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
4 P9 O6 h* G8 ?4 M+ ?; Gperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining+ e9 c# d' T1 N+ e) B
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet
- D0 ]# ?# P4 {+ I; s% [  d: c: uclient demands are key components of this position.3 e  i* y1 K& ~. `
Responsibilities:' u! p% \. y3 h  O
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;8 a6 Z( T! [/ w
· Verify pricing and availability of product;; R0 ]8 m) v3 Z$ i
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
& @0 E; a$ m# H2 Z* `0 Q& ]· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;4 }. N  e3 H$ C2 y
· Collect payments for cash account orders;$ C* i8 n( A' P2 H6 g" n
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
3 {- R0 v0 l4 i· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;3 B3 }3 ^* O, _# V. c: s9 K
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate* {  ]) b- L- K5 M2 T  C! S) V
database;- n, n' ]( e( r) i! ^( t: g
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;" z& g; K0 G% a$ k# n( }2 M) M
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;% r# P% f* @" D/ z; P  V  E( T5 o
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;$ u' a1 A/ t1 Z8 H0 y" l/ Y% A
Qualifications/Requirements:) C: @& f7 D2 |  z+ L# U) V+ o- ]" m0 o
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain$ Z# a- d6 X8 `& O9 l
lasting relationships with customers;
* D8 @2 Z# _+ |· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
8 f* K* W% \/ ?· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;6 j1 d5 q% h- m  \4 y5 k+ ~8 k7 E
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
0 F# Q8 j! h2 r+ i' u* U1 m. J· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);+ m' Z# I, n; t% ^$ q1 E
· Excellent organizational skills;7 C  R% g( @# ?5 t/ W* q( U3 @
