The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in! |9 v7 X9 I$ n8 g; `
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining: f6 ?1 J& H; s( J$ N1 P

Responsibilities:
) e* j* a: ~' H$ c7 p/ J" R% ], ^1 s L· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
; x0 s" { ?- m9 }" p3 K0 H% P9 a2 m· Verify pricing and availability of product;
; Q" s/ W# [3 S+ g9 F1 G" l" T· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
8 p) ]0 y; ]' t$ R: M' v5 d· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
7 w( C5 ~& j/ C· Collect payments for cash account orders;
. x" c" t: c/ t/ N+ j# |+ _# |7 C· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;. i: ^1 U0 V; g: `
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;# u: G9 G0 K$ n
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate

+ `) x" l6 d8 q) L c0 m· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
* o8 w# q! q% `· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
! u4 U: h' F( J3 I· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
; U7 t) I# K* JQualifications/Requirements:" x- C& K+ {) N2 j
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
! U" [( J1 T* h5 G- Y* zlasting relationships with customers;3 ?4 ]( D" n. T0 d' N
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
$ Q4 D( \; ?2 k8 I% T· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;; W! H2 B' B0 N8 m( V. \; v
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
4 z6 u; H2 M3 V% [( d) H· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);4 U2 r: J& F3 X4 q% L: a V1 D
