Air Canada is revising its checked baggage policy for tickets issued on/after
September 7, 2011, for travel on/after October 11, 2011 for clients with an
: g0 a* {. i2 ^6 e* K7 V' }: FEconomy Class ticket as follows:

2 ~" ?2 R( d% {7 kFor travel between Canada and the United States*, a first bag fee of $25 CAD/USD applies;
# S- k' |. j2 s6 h3 @2 d! }For travel between Canada/USA and Africa, the Middle East and Russia/Asia** and Australia/South America***, a second bag fee of $70 CAD/USD applies.
Also effective for tickets issued on/after September 7, for travel on/after October 11,
4 Z7 E! E5 z! LStar Alliance™ Silver and clients who are not a part of Air Canada's Top Tier program holding an Executive Class®/First® ticket will be able to check two bags at no cost instead of three bags.

The second baggage fees already in place for Economy Class travel to/from the Canada, USA, the Caribbean, Europe and India will remain unchanged:

9月7号之前订的往返机票，10月11号之前走，但是10月11号之后回来。
这种情况要加钱吗？要加的话，加多少？

俺认为你因该没问题哈；要加的话，第二件70刀。不过最好问一下给你订票的人。

9月7号之前买的票第二件行李应该不用交钱。
