可能是因为大家都在求租的关系

+ Z# q& a3 d0 p& W& I7 r4 N& H( g但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
! s) u) C. n0 S2 ]$ [不是太贵就是很不理想
" d9 }! a( L0 \1 P+ X! y" I再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。
唉。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

) m/ C7 F) z6 j, y; I( G  t) WI have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
