$ V* r' S7 H7 l6 E8 ]& c但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
$ a! u0 ]0 A# W- i' A不是太贵就是很不理想
再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。

总之找个房子租好难啊。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

1 a! W% g& Q0 l4 mI have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
