1 T' f( H4 q( N' [但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
# L6 ^. X5 u! s不是太贵就是很不理想
3 y' s  V/ \! ?( ~; B再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。
唉。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

4 x6 ]$ _: C; c: B  NI have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
