但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。8 r7 s7 c# l. ?5 w# b
不是太贵就是很不理想 5 C$ y4 t s3 B再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。0 p; h7 C3 K d3 h8 d9 k4 M9 p
唉。。。 G9 ]+ h6 }# L2 y7 H0 F
总之找个房子租好难啊。。。
acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time. 0 A5 P$ p. |/ b7 C
: a. `5 { ?3 b0 WI have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
