可能是因为大家都在求租的关系
我觉得爱城虽然城市很大。。
; ]! p0 |( g3 c7 \# ^* Z但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
不是太贵就是很不理想
& q4 x$ _6 e4 f- d2 ^$ z$ H' ]4 c再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。
( F. F/ L7 E* t1 ~& U$ W唉。。。
总之找个房子租好难啊。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

  [8 E6 _& C* i) Q0 x0 x( sI have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
