可能是因为大家都在求租的关系

但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
$ g- h1 O, f1 y* G3 v$ F- B7 b不是太贵就是很不理想
. @  r8 V! G9 c8 C& X再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。
唉。。。
总之找个房子租好难啊。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

. o" ]+ z2 t9 p7 Q2 M! X! ^2 wI have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
