可能是因为大家都在求租的关系
我觉得爱城虽然城市很大。。
但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
不是太贵就是很不理想

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

* @" O0 b* u" ]3 D7 k+ aI have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
