可能是因为大家都在求租的关系

但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
) H" e6 `. I. A* x$ g! x; v4 U" h不是太贵就是很不理想
再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。

总之找个房子租好难啊。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

! x* d# N2 g# `& f1 _7 J# |I have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
