可能是因为大家都在求租的关系

- W1 K. f- z. G; t1 v% J6 h9 _但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
/ c7 c, D; v0 i8 H% @" e) i不是太贵就是很不理想
$ j4 R3 b. P. A  Q- {再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。

总之找个房子租好难啊。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

1 M1 r; s6 X" e4 J" OI have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
