2, buy mud flaps sepcific for your vehicle, should comes with detailed instruction. Dont buy universal flaps, they are knock offs8 T3 R, E/ h7 o1 Z/ t
3, yes, it called "paint sealer", a very soft and gentel wax. But dont polish$ j3 g- I6 F( `" F/ m
4, yes, especially off roading
