Each session presents concepts through interactive activities that encourage active discussion and participation.

* l1 o; R/ u: K% F5 m! A( NRegular Spring and Fall Group Sessions: runs on alternate Saturday afternoon from 2 to 5 p.m.5 i' o5 u! Z, ^0 ^9 |' J
Summer Group Sessions: 2 consecutive weeks in July from 9 to 5 p.m. daily

Asian youth aged 11 to 15, who are new immigrants or locally born Asian living in Edmonton or surrounding area.5 U l6 N/ j$ e1 V+ z3 K
# m) a# `3 D3 d/ v MWhat is the cost of joining the T.A.N.G. program?
' T# l6 k8 Y2 a4 M- t* a4 {It is FREE and space is limited to 15 to 20 participants per group.

Volunteer’s Duties:
$ z/ [, ~" O; k# H
( {( v1 T. }& B; U* U- g Distribute promotional flyers to schools, churches, communities and social services agencies
r" m5 N2 d8 Q- v% n3 p7 ] Facilitate and/or coordinate activity-based function such as to host a gym day or sport tournaments or workshop on personal growth development , Z8 ?7 Q2 X- @( ? J
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breakers and/or other activities
1 w2 t3 ]5 z W Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
5 b3 g( m: H! d( ]) y. R+ ^, m Research activities related to the sessions’ topic
0 w. u. Z; r3 `4 z6 i! j: v$ [ Enforce safety rules during program sessions and fieldtrips

% g4 ]$ p+ ^- L! d2 o6 Z On-going volunteers (we have volunteers dedicated themselves to the program for almost 4 years)0 }) L2 e' k9 Y9 X$ R
 One time volunteers: minimum commitment is one seasonal session, i.e. 8 – 10 sessions in Spring, Fall or Summer1 a9 [9 _# w; [( ^7 g1 y( v6 ]
