$ t2 @  K' ~5 S* O; k3 U% U3 [; @Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
# q. W% }2 l! o9 T5 F9 Z! K( c*might work in other time in some specific days
Place: ASSIST Community Services Centre

" \  ]! L. e9 d0 {- \/ V2 RDuties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
5 ]6 Q5 k  H6 }0 r7 m
 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
0 T# ]1 ]8 b' X$ n. X  d% H' ? Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
+ U$ @. ]6 t/ v2 z8 J2 Y Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
8 t: N7 A& Y  J/ T8 E$ v4 }& t/ i Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
* o8 N* w% f- K7 X- } Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
1 w" i2 h6 y; u3 n0 ^' c: e. ~4 m Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
) B! F  @- x, g6 l& c Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
% E+ \* H. Y5 ^0 C Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
1 G! |9 J, ]2 Q5 s( [ Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
) _; D3 |/ T+ d Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
  e1 \. A( S, }9 V A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
+ L! _8 A* T5 J6 o; c+ \ Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
* \# F6 u0 ?& a0 q Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
/ Y& {' q4 W' L& I2 \ Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
