Duration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
Camp 1 – July 04 – July 14
Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days

: ~1 C2 l# o# [: JDuties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

; {8 R* s3 ~% Q$ f Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
 Take attendance if available
0 Z% B" [4 e1 r2 J& W1 T Provide positive modelling to youth
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
: [! n" W+ n5 U0 O+ |4 m8 {  ~ Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
3 b3 J& B, q% V& B Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
+ k) h% ^+ d8 V* u7 G; t/ q Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

1 I8 f% C. n" V+ p1 r Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
, B# l5 \. t# s1 w A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
" F3 u3 K# o+ z( |' l0 | Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
' P  J1 H/ D5 T7 Q  W Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
 Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
