' Y; s" p, D4 b* V( w/ z5 rCamp 1 – July 04 – July 14
% o) X+ K( \. {; [$ D5 jCamp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
) a* Q2 H6 t3 W) `3 H8 aTime:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days

Program Coordinator:        Daniel SUEN

Duties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
1 i9 h# u1 K5 e7 z/ Y4 o! e& N
 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
 Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
5 @" m' i! F% \- I$ U Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
; s4 k1 W& c+ V- P0 j: V Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
  z3 X0 [( R; b" A" k Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
$ p) z' s! Z, e& J+ E6 n Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

Attitude/Skills Requirements

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
5 x4 C5 ~! C- b1 I  R Able to work independently with minimum supervision
: j/ I# \6 `) M* z Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
3 a$ n( ^  e  }: ? Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
