埃德蒙顿2011年7月房产报告

2011年8月3日埃德蒙顿消息：根据埃德蒙顿房地产经纪协会数据，7月份的平均房价$334,054与上月的$330,298相比上涨了1.1%。其中独立房上涨1.3%，而康兜大涨4.3%。

七月份成交1,441套，比去年同期增长3.6%。新上市3,038套，比六月份减少210套，但比去年同期增加 193套。库存量8,421套，与去年同期持平。

“本地房产市场非常健康，价格合理，库存适量，销售强劲。”埃德蒙顿房地产经纪协会主席Chris Mooney表示：“买方的选择很多，伴随着工作机会的增加和贷款利率的平稳，现在是一个买房的好时机。”

七月份独立房平均价是$384,656，中间价$360,000。康兜平均价$244,225，中间价$223,000. 丢普莱克斯和排屋从$296,969 上涨到 $309,816, 增加4.3% 。

“房价的上涨与我们在一月份发布的预测是相同的，但不会有很大的涨幅”，埃德蒙顿房地产经纪协会主席Chris Mooney说。

房屋从上市到售出所需的时间是51天，与去年相同。本地房产挂牌销售比为47%，今年1-7月总成交额已经达到$3.887 billion。
