2011年8月3日埃德蒙顿消息：根据埃德蒙顿房地产经纪协会数据，7月份的平均房价$334,054与上月的$330,298相比上涨了1.1%。其中独立房上涨1.3%，而康兜大涨4.3%。 i* C- E7 |5 ^# e v1 S
/ Q2 r( b, |, Q0 p: K6 t y七月份成交1,441套，比去年同期增长3.6%。新上市3,038套，比六月份减少210套，但比去年同期增加 193套。库存量8,421套，与去年同期持平。
