Honor Computer Systems charges $90 + media for backup and they can do an excellent sector-to-sector recovery work if the HDD spins. 7 X B! ]2 H$ e I; i5 y& x! J9 ^6 m, s: O( Z
Repair cost will vary but HPs with few years old have known overheating issues.
