S+ A; z7 w, ]As a member of the IQAS team, you will be responsible for completing client files using research and analytical skills, responding to client inquiries and questions, as well as collecting and reviewing information from a variety of sources. This position supports the recognition process of out-of-country credentials, and involves participating in meetings, identifying research issues related to assessment practice and the operations of the
, G* d. k4 l! E) R7 o$ [service. Using your exceptional research skills, you will gather and review information from post-secondary educational institutions, professional associations and assessment bodies in Alberta and around the world. Your ability to comprehend and synthesize information from multiple sources will be essential. Using your strong clientfocused
communication skills, you will respond to client inquiries and address issues.
Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and strong writing/verbal skills as well as excellent cultural-sensitivity skills. IQAS is based on a team-structured environment and your strong interpersonal skills and commitment to providing a high quality service to Albertans are essential.

0 q5 |# v) m- d" E) GA university degree plus one year of experience in the application of a research methodology to analyze information is required. The ability to read other languages in addition to English is an asset as the position requires the review of foreign educational documents. Equivalencies will be considered.

Salary
8 F" A* Z* J; }$2,032.19 to $2,665.75 bi-weekly. ($53,040 to $69, 576 per annum)
Notes:
· This competition may be used to fill future permanent and temporary vacancies at the same or lower
classification and salary level across government.
