is Carproof reliable to prove a used car condition and history? If seller of the used car show me the carproof, is that enough?

No, carproof can tell some history of the car.

B5 o7 o+ ^( T* Z1 N; z' KAny shop should do the job unless you need to check out of province car which some shops may not be qualified to do it. costwise, alberta car check is cheaper than out of province car. if you buy some specific newer car, better go to the specialized shop (not neccessary dealer) to check.
