Position Summary:
% l* V' p+ f( c/ Y' Z        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
2 N* K# f3 j" v( s6 s$ F# g•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
. {% ]* y+ d: v& Y( j•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
7 e! z9 ~2 H* ?* M8 A•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
  N5 [  D* o4 H•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
- E2 E! _  Z8 Y9 J/ v: Y6 u•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
