This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

3 q3 U, r3 C( S8 Y• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners: [3 s# s8 Q3 F+ q+ W
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs, q' |# g9 L6 K6 C6 N
• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols% |# ?' p# `3 L4 ^- P0 k3 _
• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field1 N1 h& L% {% h2 B1 J
• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse 7 a8 ^2 Z( ^) J: {7 G+ q0 \; |' m
• Experience in project management & report writing
