        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

4 e9 Q7 X7 t! U; `0 L4 i" x9 {Responsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
8 M; T; R) u& y•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
- A  k" w4 @) c6 I: \•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

2 O; V, Y" W) a! nPreferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
+ W% {3 X. y1 E3 s. q•        Experience in project management & report writing
  r" f5 ^7 O, u0 [9 q6 F6 _•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
