Position Summary:
  u1 `: D2 b, V& b* C; N6 E% T        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols

Preferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
