Position Summary:
        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

# p% w4 m8 a0 l$ \Responsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
* O1 Z9 J- g) ]; Y•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
! |' i$ p2 H1 l•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
, d( G( J8 [) s  n7 ^9 W8 @•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
# [! c  v# i' ?# D' f•        Experience in project management & report writing
  X+ K9 D# w9 Q•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
