, m; T2 c, O& ?# N) {        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

' o' \( W- i" @& Y/ EResponsibilities
' \( z. ?8 D) A' I& x" Q5 Q•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
) n& i% L& s$ P; U* O' p* W+ B' U•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
3 G* h0 y& @& }  {& h1 _' e# j0 A' @•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
+ Q) J6 i8 o2 G: |5 @2 Q: @•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
