Duties & Responsibilities:
§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
: l2 f8 G, r2 k+ y/ I& I§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
* E5 r$ ]1 G6 `! E/ S§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
" g. w1 g; W: \: c% X- v§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis
: e% H4 P: @8 P) C1 `
Preferred Education & Qualifications:
" P- `+ |; ?; O" M7 B, o+ a§ High School Diploma
§ Valid Drivers License
1 G/ A1 ?: C1 {; v, y; Y- e§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
5 D& S* d" q+ e6 F2 d( N) Q§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
§ Ability to use computers
3 @# w3 E. Y2 h7 J" u§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
