Duties & Responsibilities:
1 D! ?' n" _8 ^. p# A. ~, r§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
! V0 P  K# R  O1 }" U& [§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
' P; ]. d$ S- V% J% d§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

% f0 Y% U+ U0 l0 u4 yPreferred Education & Qualifications:
§ High School Diploma
1 c0 g/ c- M+ D6 T! f§ Valid Drivers License
6 C5 \) Z3 e0 V3 g+ A! {7 |§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
0 b& S; M/ ^) W& c# g. d; }2 N§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
§ Ability to use computers
§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
