§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers ( C6 t$ ~! [% e: k, q
§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock 4 E7 x8 `4 x0 T& c! w. h7 }0 K
§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
4 R0 d- {1 l* `§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis
& z h, a9 a/ x+ g( @8 Q& H3 M- \5 q0 _, x' V8 ]7 }) y3 Y! B( h$ {
Preferred Education & Qualifications:
2 g, A# L2 h7 {& `7 s3 N$ Q7 u1 ]§ High School Diploma
- u/ H$ p( T9 ^ W§ Valid Drivers License
0 P# \8 [, h& J9 N§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role + u. M- D8 z3 ^; W
§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
! M+ @% w. N2 U& I B§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
