我们最近的Condum管理公司 Victorian Management要给我们涨20%的管理费,7 x4 ] N: @+ d# E) D1 I
原因是

(1)今年冬天的恶劣天气造成了很多冰坝和内部损害(Ice Damming, Interior Damage)4 V8 D9 h2 c8 u7 {% x6 ^
(2)虽然今年保险公司今年出了这个钱,但以后他们就不出了,因为这个冰坝和内部损害不在保险覆盖范围内% o5 B- v: v+ f; S
(3)很多用户需要更换防水的墙板( shingle)
