Seattle申请visa 多长时间？

我3月31号UPS寄送 （续加拿大学生签证）签证申请到Seattle，附带 Fedex信封。

现在还没有回啊。

打电话 他们说，非常忙，fully occupied. 无法提供查询。
3 e& c9 K3 ^5 d3 J. F（这群混蛋 都在干啥了 ？）

大家 有谁有经验 。。。要多长时间？

网上说至少4周。

seattle usually is very slow....longer than Detriot.  if it is exceed the time,  I think they are 14 business days from the received day, you should email them and ask them what is going on?

I emailed them   twice. No answer.
