吸奶泵 from a Public Health center is very power , but a nurse will teach you how to use the 吸奶泵. The nurse will give you a new plastic cover and some new materials for you. You only tell the nurse your health number, you do not need to pay money.

买FREESTYLE，轻便容易携带，充电之后可以带去上班或者外出，在家用可以到处走动，配的蓝冰可以冷藏PUMP出来的奶。
另外推荐去买一件专门PUMP奶用的BRA，Motherhood有卖，省很多事；BABY R US还有那种热敷冷敷的PAD，可以配合使用。
