- s3 l5 E! ~; S. l/ lThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
$ ~4 r8 o9 C( m! y•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
% v9 S$ |6 B! \6 n8 v•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

4 N" x( G( [' h+ q  ~- xSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
& l* s& x6 Q+ |/ i0 b•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.

•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
