FUNCTION:
, W6 w$ j: ?) _4 F  @6 J5 c/ W" p. RThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
: E: V" U6 X) L6 x0 r, L•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
  G, N+ W; J- l5 O6 |•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

% X9 W' {+ w7 ^% SSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
6 X6 e0 L" Q/ k& Q1 W/ g7 ~. x•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
6 }* L$ R6 N4 \•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
) X/ t& R/ J# G/ j  V- B•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
