0 y2 D4 F- w  |7 FThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
. W) U5 i, l7 m, a, g•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

  U: O  L+ {; b2 W6 _SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
- B0 Y8 P5 f( H; H$ U! E•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
! f1 o' C0 X, d" I•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
" f& ^4 g" i+ X- j. o•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
